We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to a small village in the mountains where the hiking trail begins. The tour guide will brief you on the day ahead as you walk through the village and tell you about the villagers’ lives and explain about the use of local herbs that you will be able to pick, smell and taste. After this, you will walk up and down hills through the unspoiled, dense jungle. Admire 100-year-old trees, breathe the clean air, listen to the birds, and marvel at a stunning 360-degree panoramic view from the top of the mountain. Climb over the rocks to cross the stream where you will have lunch; then climb up a purpose-built wooden ladder to a secluded waterfall, where you can shower under the spray or simply take in the beautiful sounds and scenery. On the way back to the village, you will cross the stream again. This time is over a fallen tree, which serves as a natural bridge. Next, enjoy the serenity as you walk among bamboo and fruit trees. Finish the hike in the village where you will try exotic fruits, herbal tea or local coffee, before we take you back to your hotel after a wonderful day.
